Silfira Wellness (SW) Policies & Participation Guidelines
To help create a safe, inclusive, and healing experience, we’ve outlined a few important guidelines below. This page includes our policies, code of conduct, and etiquette practices. We kindly ask all participants to review this information ahead of time and reach out with any questions or special considerations.
General Policies & Procedures:
All clients must pay the appropriate fees for each session or event at least 4 hours prior to the start time before they are allowed to participate. Payment can be made via SW website shopping cart silfirawellness.ca, using any major credit or debit card.
Clients must register before participating in any session or event, registration is available through silfirawellness.ca. Clients attending any ‘Sip & Flow’ events will need to complete a waiver form prior to participating, paper copies of the waiver will be available upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy: SW requires that clients cancel their scheduled session or event at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. This policy is put in place to ensure that we can maintain an effective schedule while allowing for flexibility and understanding for our clients.
If a client cancels their scheduled session or event more than 72 hours in advance, there will be no charge, and any balance used for the session or event will be returned to the client via the method of payment used upon registration.
If a client cancels their scheduled session or event within 72 hours of the scheduled start time, no refund will be provided and all credits used for the session or event will be forfeited.
Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the absolute discretion of SW. We understand that our clients' schedules may change unexpectedly, and we strive to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
In the rare case of a cancellation on the part of SW, a full refund will be provided. SW is not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of session or event cancellation including preparation costs, airline tickets, gas costs, hotel fees or other expenses incurred prior to or after the anticipated session or event date. SW reserves the right to cancel any session or event in the event of a storm, excessive snow, family emergency, illness, etc., in which case participants will be given a full refund of any and all payments made to SW. Participants will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek any compensation for any injury, loss, expenses or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation.
No Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for a scheduled session or event without prior cancellation, they will be considered a “no show” and no refund will be provided and all credits used for the session or event will be forfeited.

We understand that our clients' schedules may change unexpectedly, and we strive to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our no show policy.
SW will have clear and effective communication with clients regarding any potential changes in schedule or other important information. SW requests that all communication during sessions or events is respectful, inclusive, and free from derogatory language or behavior. Clients are asked to communicate in a way that promotes kindness, empathy, and mutual understanding.
Please avoid bringing valuables into the session or event and leave them at home or in a secure location. SW is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you have any concerns regarding storage of personal belongings, please speak with a session or event leader for assistance.
